We play the most requested songs from Kings of Leon to Adele, Beyonce to Snow Patrol, current chart material to classic favourites- see song list.
Rehearsal time is at a premium so only the hottest songs are considered, every month 100's of songs are released but only a handful become widely known- it is these that become the Big songs that audiences get on their feet to!

We always make a point of asking for requests throughout the night ensuring everybody gets their particular favourite song played.

The first dance is always very important to the newlyweds so as part of 'The Choice' performance (time & suitability permitting) we are always happy to learn and perform your requested first dance.

It is important to us that every effort is made to ensure that our time with you is special so to this end 'The Choice' play an average of 3 hours "live" performance during the night - a lot more than most bands.
We also make sure that breaks for the band fall at the most appropriate times i.e when the evening buffet is being served for instance.

During Band breaks we play a wide selection of pre- mixed Party/disco music making sure continuous music is guaranteed! The happy couple are also very welcome to bring/suggest any favourites they may have , it's like having a disco thrown in for nothing!

What size band?
Our uniquely adaptable band enables you to choose whatever best suits your own preference, budget and venue.

The 'classic' Choice line up (as heard on the demo) is a four piece consisting of Male vocal/guitarist, Keyboards/ vocals, Drums and female vocalist.
The Choice is one of the few four piece bands to boast two girls in their line up! This is made possible due to our Keyboard player Lucy Gates being one of the highest trained musicians on the circuit today.

The additional members can be either Saxophone, Trumpet, percussion or an extra female vocalist - as can be seen on our video - (see demos/video)

The Brass add a distinctive flavour especially in the more traditional songs whilst our percussionist adds an extra dimension to the Choice sound.
